Historic Ship USS PotomacKnown as the "floating White House," the USS Potomac is a 165-foot-long sailing vessel that was Franklin Delano Roosevelt's presidential yacht until his death in 1945. Fully restored and opened to the public in 1995, today the ship offers docksides tours and historic sailing cruises to thousands of visitors each year. The USS Potomac is currently docked at Jack London Square in Oakland.
